SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • We are currently offering shipping through USPS only for US domestic pre-orders.
  • International pre-orders will have a variable shipping rate based on location which will be calculated at checkout.  Please note, we cannot ship to all international destinations at this time due to Covid-19 restrictions and carrier limitations.  Advanced apologies.
  • Expedited shipping is available. Customers may select their preferred shipping method.

RETURN POLICY

Scented / Pre-Release / Pre-Orders Items

Unfortunately, all scented, pre-release and pre-order items cannot be returned for any reason other than damage as they are custom goods and ordered based on demand.

Standard Items

A customer has 30 days to return an item (excludes all pre-release/pre-order items) from the date of purchase for a refund. Refunds, less shipping costs, will be issued to the original payment method pending the item being returned to us in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping the original item to you will be automatically deducted. Customers are responsible for paying all costs for shipping any items back to us.  To request a return or refund, please email us at orders@saltysecurity.com.

Exchanges

Saltysecurity.com cannot honor any request for exchanges at this time.

DAMAGED GOODS

A customer has 14 days from the date of product receipt to file a damage claim with us.  All confirmed damage claims will be issued a replacement item at no additional cost, when in stock, or issued a refund.   

Pre-release and pre-order items will result in a refund only. 

In order to receive a replacement or refund for any damaged goods, the customer must either refuse delivery of the damaged product or return the damaged product to us within 30 days of receipt.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  To file a damage claim, please contact orders@saltysecurity.com

SaltySecurity.com does not consider bent stickers to be damaged goods.  While unfortunate and while we strive to ensure all stickers shipped are received flat and in pristine shape, bent stickers may occur as a result of mail carrier handling.
